Shipping & Delivery  

All products will be checked before they are packed. Each item is placed into individual box, then into a bubble envelope for mailing. 

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for local orders in Singapore using regular mail! However there is no tracking number available for this delivery method. Regular mail will take about 3-5 working days 

For local registered mail, there will be a charge of S$2.50. Registered mail will take about 2-4 working days. Local urgent delivery within the day, there will be an express service charge of S$10.00.  

International standard airmail, there will be a tracking number once product has been shipped. International airmail charge is shown on below

We ship to worldwide, except to Nigeria & South Africia. 

Product shipped from Singapore via standard airmail will reach most of the countries within 10-24 days. If product did not arrive after 25 days, please send us an email and we will investigate on the shipment. Please note that things can go wrong in spite of our best efforts to serve you well. Hurricanes, snowstorms and strikes, for instance, do happen, and they may affect delivery. 

Orders shipped outside Singapore may be subject to custom duty or import tax, which are levied once your package reaches the country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

When product has been delivered to stated address and someone has signed and accepted on the consignee form, no refund or replacement will be done if merchandise did not reach the correct person. For this reason, we recommend that a reliable address to be provided. Please understand that we do not refund or replace product that are tracked as being delivered.
